North Coast Moving and Storage moved the business where I am employed in late July 2009. The movers were courteous and worked fast, and they ended up charging us a fraction of their regular rate because we were a non profit organization. One desk was slightly damaged in the move and they sent out a staff member immediately to fix the desk and it is even sturdier than before. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone - personal or business.

my final cost was more than double my estimate, they ripped me off at every step and were trying to tack on extra costs at every step (eg: charing me for a van when their truck would have fit on my street), they don't clear costs with you before performing the service (eg: showing up with a van and not a truck) so you get stuck paying or they will keep your stuff and sell it at auction. The manager was an a""! I haven't had to deal with anyone that rude in years. He is NOT good at his job and no help with any of my concerns. I researched with the tripple B, apparrently many others have had similar complaints. Don't use this company. Any other one would be better than these guys. They seem nice but they aren't honest and don't run their business with integrity. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with them. Moving is stressful enough but to have to deal with this level of incompetence and theivery is a real shame. They should be ashamed about the way they treat their fellow community members.

I called Allied Van lines about a move from Orlando to Redmond and was called back by this Allied agent, North Coast. Everyone I spoke with from their company was absolutely excellent; including Ellen from sales, Laurel from operations, and Bill the mover/manager. They were all courteous, professional, amiable, and hard-working (especially Bill and his crew who were sweating it out in Orlando while packing the truck). My items arrived on-time and undamaged for a great price. Allied was at least $500 cheaper than every other major moving company I called. I highly recommend them for interstate moves and I will definitely be calling North Coast if and when I move in the future.

I recently used North Coast for moving furniture and other items into their storage facility. There were efficient and went overboard to be helpful. I look forward to using them again when we complete our move. Meanwhile I know our furniture is safe and secure in their vaults.
